Each Athesus AI account is intended for one device unless you publish separate licensing terms. Data is stored locally and through the live account services you configure on your server.

Use of software

Users are responsible for the work they generate, automate, deploy, publish, or send using the software. Athesus AI is provided to support productivity, not to remove user responsibility for the outputs they choose to act on.

Updates and downloads

Download links, releases, and update notices are provided through the live website and desktop update endpoints. You may remove or replace versions at any time.

Limitation of liability

Athesus is not responsible for user-caused damages, deployment issues, revenue loss, security mistakes, or third-party service failures caused by how the software is used or configured.
