These terms govern use of Athesus AI, Athesus Web, desktop downloads, subscriptions, and connected services. They do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep your login details secure and give accurate account information. Plans, pricing, renewal terms, cancellations, and refunds are shown before checkout and may also be governed by the payment provider's terms. You can contact us about a billing issue through the support form.

Using Athesus responsibly

You are responsible for prompts, files, automations, provider keys, and any output you choose to use. Do not use Athesus to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, process personal data without a lawful basis, deceive people with generated content, or make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review.

AI output and automation

Athesus can produce incorrect or incomplete output. Check facts, permissions, safety, accessibility, and legal requirements before acting on an output, sending an email, deploying code, publishing media, or running an automation. You remain responsible for review and approval of any action taken through your connected accounts or devices.

Third-party services

Features can connect to AI providers, search services, plugins, payment processors, and local tools chosen by you. Those services are independent and may have separate fees, limits, uptime, terms, and privacy practices. Athesus is not responsible for a third-party service failing, changing, or refusing a request.

Availability, updates, and liability

We may change, secure, suspend, or retire features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every output will be suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
